For the first decade I chased what most people chase: title, scope, money. I achieved all of them. They were the least fulfilling things I ever pursued. In 2004 I shifted focus to what I had always done naturally: seeing through complexity to clear outcomes. Everything changed. Values alignment is not a preference, it is a requirement. Go ten times deeper than you think you need to. The answer will present itself.
